This is perplexing since there is just a tiny speck of brown offset, and some normal light wrinkling at the very outside edge of the paper. Both could have been easily cut off before grading. Perhaps they confused sides, since there is a tiny natural paper wrinkle in the right margin. Nonetheless, an amazing antique banknote with super fresh color, crispness, and great centering. Only one graded higher by PMG.
